  I had Nicholls Fence install a wood privacy fence on one side of our yard and an attached wood gate. It's a disaster. The fence was installed inches from the ground. The neighbor's dogs and other animals have no trouble getting underneath it. Within weeks of them installing the gate, it started to sag. They refused to come correct it. The latches on the door no longer even lined up. A few months after the installation of the fence, two of the fence panels came down in strong winds. Nicholls charged me over $200 to fix their own shotty work. When the guys came to fix the fence they thought the gate was locked. They couldn't open it because the gate they installed had sagged so much. I've had to redo most of their nail work with screws because it was so poorly nailed. Everytime there is strong winds I have to inspect the fence and make sure it is still in one piece. If I need any work done in the future I will NOT be going to Nicholls. I keep their name plate on my gate in hopes other people will see their poor work and avoid them.
